Job Description

The CSA division supplies sensors that bridge the gap between the world we live in and the digital world of machines. By converting physical signals - heartbeats, sounds, light waves - into data, we enable robots, cars and other devices to interact with people and improve our world. What drives CSA is a relentless desire to contribute to technology and have a meaningful impact on the world. This business thrives on solving complex problems and partnering with global leaders at the forefront of technological advancement. Our goal: to push the boundaries of sensor technology and empower innovators to make the world smarter, healthier and happier.
Develop and maintain automated test programs using NI LabVIEW, TestStand, and Python for PXI-based systems (SMU, DPI, FGEN, Oscilloscopes), enabling efficient validation workflows. Lead validation efforts for Automotive Battery Management Systems (BMS), including testing of LDOs, Buck/Boost converters, ADC/DACs, temperature sensors, and cell balancer ICs. Design and review PCB schematics and layouts, applying knowledge of high-speed/high-power design and signal integrity principles to support validation and development. Set up and debug complex hardware systems, including Microcontroller- and FPGA-based platforms, to support a variety of validation and test applications. Operate and manage environmental test systems such as Thermostream, Thermal Chambers, Oil Baths, and MaxTC, ensuring adherence to laboratory best practices and ESD safety protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document test results, and actively contribute to process improvement while demonstrating strong communication, teamwork, and technical ownership.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field. 4+ years of hands-on experience in test automation and PXI-based systems. 2+ years in automotive validation, preferably with BMS or power electronics. Strong knowledge of PCB design tools, circuit analysis, and debugging techniques. Familiarity with validation best practices and standards in the automotive or electronics industry. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; self-driven and quality focused.
