Design analog blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, LDOs, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, and oscillators.
Translate system-level requirements into transistor-level circuit implementations.
Optimize designs for performance, power, area, and reliability.
Perform pre-layout and post-layout simulations .
Conduct Monte Carlo, corner, and noise analysis to ensure robustness.
Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure layout matches design intent and meets performance targets.
Develop behavioral models (e.g., Verilog-A) for mixed-signal verification.
Document design specifications, simulation results, and design reviews
Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
6+ years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design.
Proficiency in transistor-level design and simulation tools
* Strong understanding of CMOS/BiCMOS technologies and analog design fundamentals.
