Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled

Staff Engineer

to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, solid system design expertise, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to build robust, production-grade applications.

This role demands technical depth, ownership, and the ability to influence engineering best practices while contributing directly to code.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications Take ownership of end-to-end feature development and technical solutions Drive system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions Ensure code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Design teams to deliver business outcomes Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term fixes Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence Ensure performance, security, and reliability of applications

Required Skills & Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on software development experience Strong proficiency in backend and/or full stack development Experience with modern application architecture and design patterns Strong understanding of REST APIs and service-based architectures Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Proficiency with version control systems like Git Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes Prior experience working in product-based or high-scale environments
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
