We are seeking a passionate and experienced Staff Engineer to spearhead our growing development team.

In this leadership role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and excellence across our software engineering efforts.

You are a seasoned software engineer with a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing teams. You possess a blend of technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and a passion for building elegant and efficient software solutions.


What You'll Do:




Technical Expertise:

Bring in the best practices for writing high quality (bug free and acceptable performance), reliable, maintainable software.

Architect and Design:

Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems/problem, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.

High impact work and excellence delivered

: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficient development processes and high-quality code delivery. Make a positive impact in team's output by mentoring and coaching younger members, helping out and unblock people to achieve the objectives.

Hands-on Problem Solving:

Tackle intricate technical challenges and provide effective solutions.

Communication & Collaboration:

Lead by example with clear and concise communication. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various teams.

Technical Skills:




Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a minimum of 10+ years of experience ?Strong understanding of system design principles (CAP theorem, PACELC, USL, Consistency, Hashing, Sharding, Partitioning etc) especially how to tackle functional and non-functional requirements like scaling, security, reliability In-depth knowledge of modern software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps) Delivering high quality software with best practices like SOLID, Base Paradigm, design patterns, different architectural styles Expertise in building RESTful web applications using Java 11+ and Spring Framework Advanced understanding with tools like Maven, Gradle, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP) is highly desired Deep Experience in at least one of MySQL/Postgres/MongoDB, caching solutions (Redis) is desired
