What you will do:

Develop and update CAD models and technical drawings. Collaborate closely with New Product Development (NPD) teams, including participation in drawing reviews. Review and manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Take ownership of ECR/ECN execution for legacy products. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support Power BI dashboards. Act as the global point of contact, independently managing customer communications. Prioritize tasks and manage projects effectively, aligning with timelines and available resources.

What you need:

Required-

Bachelor's or master's in mechanical engineering Experience - 7 years to 9 years Strong proficiency in applying GD&T standards (ISO and ASME) within CAD environments; Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools, such as PTC Windchill Solid understanding of medical device manufacturing processes, preferably in orthopaedics. Hands-on experience in executing product changes via ECRs/ECNs; design control processes and Design History File (DHF) documentation.

Preferred-

Good knowledge with design control processes and Design History File (DHF) documentation. Working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps); Exposure to requirements management tools like Jama. Experience with 3D CAD software, especially Creo from PTC.
