Key responsibilities:

• Design complex analog circuits for high-speed DDR memory interface.
• Study and research block-level architectures for analog circuits to meet system performance requirements.
• Execute schematic design, parasitic extraction simulation, and debug.
• Work with the layout engineers to achieve an optimized block-level layout that meets the performance.
• Lead, attend, and present at design review meetings.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in mixed-signal IC circuit design.
• Excellent understanding of the fundamentals of analog circuit design.
• Experience with analog blocks such as charge pumps, dividers, phase interpolators, amplifiers, etc., is highly desirable.
• Confident and enthusiastic attitude regarding own role and contribution to team and company goals
• Good communication and writing skills in English.
