Radisys, now part of Reliance Industries Ltd., is a technology transformation company working on some of the most advanced telecommunication technologies like Edge-Cloud, Software Defined Access Technologies, 5G, IOT and so on. As part of its new chapter under Reliance, Radisys is on a mission to create world class networking products. This position is for one of such new product initiatives that is going to be developed out of Radisys’ Bangalore R&D center and deployed across large telecom operator networks across the world.
Responsibilities

• As a Spring boot developer, you will part of the Backend-development team writing Java/J2EE code responsible for design and development of RESTful services, libraries and modules.
• You will closely work with the architect, technical lead execute the design & implementation of Springboot services based on requirements of each module of the backend services.
• Design and create components, develop code using the test drive development ensuring code for high maintainability and meets performance requirements.

• Write automated test cases to test your code and support CI & CD.
• Be a strong team player adhering to Software Development Life cycle (SDLC) and create and maintain documentations needed for components and RESTful services developed.
• Stay an active member of Scrum team demonstrating practices of Agile methodology followed.

• BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MS between 2-7 years of experience in server-side programming in Java/J2EE is a MUST.

• Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in Springboot and RESTful service is important.
• Graduate with Computer science or equivalent stream is of higher preference.
• Comfortable with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum.

• Programming experience in Java 8 is essential.
• Hands-on experience in Java with Springboot in Object Oriented methodology of design and development is must.
• Experience with web services standards and related technologies (e.g. JSON, REST, gRPC) is important.
• Should have working experience using Cache such as Redis, Apache Ignite, Hazelcast
• Experience in Microservices architecture is desired.

• Should have used at least one of the databases and be familiar with SQL queries (for NoSQL/SQL db) such as MySQL, Cassandra, Elastic DB, MongoDB etc
