About the role This role is a great opportunity to play a key technical role in a fast-growing and high scale for a new product. You will be in charge of delivering solutions from the initial concept through the finished solution. Your area of responsibility will include but is not limited to building automation and deployment, monitoring/logging, and cloud infrastructure, incident management. You will work in a rapid environment where there aren’t always clear requirements or policies and it will be on you to figure things out and keep things moving.
Key responsibilities

• 
  Provide support of the QA & Prod environments that are placed in public cloud
• 
  Log and monitor improvements
• 
  Keep documentation up to date
• 
  Improve deployment process: CI/CD pipelines, automation
• 
  Incident management and support

Skills & Experience

• 
  5+ years of Linux experience
• 
  Monitoring/Logging tools: Prometheus & Grafana; ELK
• 
  CI/CD: Git & GitLab, or Jenkins
• 
  Public Clouds: AWS (Networking, Containers, DNS, and other common public clouds services)
• 
  Containers: Docker & Kubernetes
• 
  Networking: TCP/IP, NAT/PAT, HTTP(s), DNS
• 
  Prior nginx, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis administration experience
• 
  Scripting: Bash or Python
