The primary focus of the team is to simplify, standardize and automate our financial and procurement processes by establishing best-in-class systems and tools,while partnering closely with executive leaders and cross-functional stakeholders. Business Systems Analyst will act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, define requirements and implement new projects and enhancements. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, independent, and highly organized, has strong technical, configuration skills, project management, communication, and brings a combination of business acumen and technical architecture. The incumbent is responsible for implementing, supporting, maintaining, and enhancing SAP financial applications, working closely with cross-functional, technical, and business teams to design and implement solutions that are flexible, scalable, and reusable. The role will report to the Sr. Manager IT Your Impact Act as the Subject Matter Expert in the record to report, and procure to pay areas to identify opportunities and translate business need into to technology solutions Provide the necessary technical guidance to business to support the growing needs within the finance and accounting domain Ability to translate business requirements into technical/project deliverables Design and maintain SAP and ARIBA systems to optimize our R2R and P2P processes Analyze and Document Business Requirements, AS-IS Process, TO-BE process including process, flowcharts for Enhancements related existing processes Prepare project related documentation GAP analysis, blueprints, functional specifications, for development activities including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms during different stages of a project Identify business opportunities and creative solutions to complex problems Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, and business users to design and implement solutions that are flexible and scalable while meeting the business needs in timely manner Handle multiple initiatives in parallel and be flexible in approach to solving problems anticipating the needs of customers and business partners Work closely as needed with SAP AMS team to quickly resolve critical operational issues that impact business functions Your Experience Bachelor/master\'s in finance and Accounting or Information Systems with focus of Business Analysis or equivalent military experience required Senior business analyst with strong experience in FICO modules and ability to own and drive projects end to end Minimum of 8+ years of experience focused on various FICO modules Experience in FI integration touch points with other SAP modules like CO, SD, MM and Asset Accounting Deep understanding of the procure to pay process including Sourcing, Supplier onboarding, buying & Invoicing, inventory management and inter-company procurement (buy-sell) Experience in dealing with third party tool integrations into SAP for different types of master data and transactional data Experience working with p2p applications like ARIBA or COUPA is strongly preferred Accounting background and good process knowledge is highly preferred Experience in standard SAP tax configuration and its integration to Sales and Distribution and Materials Management, Ariba and invoice registration with eDocument Working knowledge of Sales and Use Tax, GST/VAT and withholding law, statutory filing and compliance, and audit requirements across the globe. Experience in working with third party tax provisioning systems like Sabrix/OneSource Good Understanding of Finance and Accounting Processes and its integration with other business functions Ability to multi-task, and take ownership of the work in a fast-paced environment Excellent people skills with ability to develop and maintain professional relationships Ability to work independently once coached through the process The Team Working at a high-tech cybersecurity company within Information Technology is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
