Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our client engagement, staffing, and vendor management activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, staff augmentation, and CRM operations while working closely with cross-functional internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients, accounts, and business opportunities Support Staff Augmentation and Vendor Management activities Maintain and update CRM databases; track client communications and follow-ups Participate in client meetings and assist with post-meeting follow-up actions Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and support client pitching Prepare basic reports, trackers, and documentation using Excel and Word

Requirements:

Good verbal and written communication skills Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas) and MS Word Currently pursuing an MBA (preferably in HR, Marketing, or Sales) OR completed a Bachelor's degree Hands-on exposure to Excel/Word through academics, internship, or project work Strong attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
