The Opportunity Analog Layout Job Responsibilities: Drawing layouts for schematics created by Circuit Design Engineers , using industry standard CAD tools, in deep sub-micron , FinFET technologies . Effectively communicate with Design Engineers to clarify and realize the layout requirements based on the schematic functions . Provide feedback to Circuit De sign Engineers on any modifications to schematics after layouts are completed. Interact with P hysical Verification (PV) team to analyze DRC/LVS/ANT/ERC results and achieve PV closure . Analyze results from EMIR run, fix IR drop issues, and achieve closure Develop perl / tcl scripts for generic tasks as required #LI-KP1 Requirements: Education: BE/ B.Tech or MS/ M.Tech in E&C, EEE from the reputed institution Minimum of 5- 8 years of experience in High Speed Analog/Custom layout development Hands-on expertise with industry standard EDA tools Must have transistor-level electrical circuit design understanding. Must be able to interpret electrical design specifications Work experience in deep sub-micron technologies, finfet , and FDSOI technology Very Good understanding of the local layout effects in the lower technologies Hands on experience in Layout design of basic analog blocks such as Op amps, Comparators, Bandgap, LDOs, Voltage Reference Buffers & Switched capacitor circuits. Expertise in critical layout design techniques such as Matching, Signal flow, Clock Routing, Shielding, Resistance & Capacitance reduction, Bias and Power routing.
