Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced AI Scientist to join the AI, Research, and Futures organization. You will contribute to developing and deploying core AI technologies and capabilities that enable new customer experiences and accelerate the testing and deployment of these innovations across our platforms and products. Responsibilities

• Contribute to Intuit's multi-year AI roadmap by incubating and developing emerging new technologies and capabilities.
• Build end-to-end solutions that demonstrate how the state-of-the-art research in AI can drive transformative new experiences.
• Build rapid prototypes and scale successful concepts into robust, production-quality systems capable of handling massive data volumes and serving hundreds of millions of customers.
• Collaborate closely with business units and platform teams to accelerate testing and deployment of new technologies and capabilities within our platforms and products.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data quality, model evaluation, and lifecycle management through rigorous monitoring, testing, and retraining practices.
• Apply responsible AI principles to ensure fairness, transparency, and trustworthiness of models and systems.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team fostering a culture of innovation, scientific rigor, and continuous learning.
