Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff AI Engineer to join our innovative team at BP Business Solutions India Private Limited. This role will involve designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, contributing significantly to our digital transformation initiatives and fostering an agile, secure, and resilient technology landscape.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex AI models and systems, from concept to production, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques. Champion and implement Agility core practices within AI development lifecycles, ensuring continuous integration, continuous deployment, and rapid iteration. Manage and optimize configuration management and release processes for AI applications, ensuring robust and scalable deployments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists, and software engineers, to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Apply strong Digital Project Management principles to oversee AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Act as a technical leader and mentor, providing coaching and guidance to junior engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating understanding and collaboration. Design and implement robust Information Security measures within AI systems, ensuring data privacy and compliance. Develop and maintain sophisticated Relational Data Models to support AI initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks associated with AI development and deployment through proactive Risk Management strategies. Develop and maintain scripts for automation, data processing, and system integration, enhancing operational efficiency. Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of AI systems through effective Service operations and resilience planning. Manage source control and code management for AI projects, promoting best practices for version control and collaboration. Contribute significantly to System Design, architectural decisions, and technical roadmaps for AI platforms and applications. Facilitate technical discussions, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and problem-solving. -
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience as a senior or staff-level AI Engineer with a strong track record of delivering successful AI solutions in a corporate environment. Expertise in Agility core practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps principles. Demonstrated proficiency in Analytics, data manipulation, and statistical modeling. Excellent Coaching and mentorship skills, with a desire to foster team growth. Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. In-depth knowledge of Configuration management and release automation tools. Strong understanding and practical experience with Continuous deployment and release strategies. Solid experience in Digital Project Management, ideally with AI/ML projects. Proficiency in Facilitation techniques for technical discussions and workshops. Strong understanding of Information Security principles and best practices for AI systems. Extensive experience with Relational Data Modelling and database design. Proven ability to perform Risk Management and mitigation in complex technical environments. Advanced Scripting skills in languages such as Python, R, or similar. Deep understanding of Service operations and resilience principles for high-availability systems. Expertise in Source control and code management tools (e.g., Git).
