Position Overview
We are seeking a
Staff Accountant
to join our finance team. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting functions, accounts payable, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping, journal entries, and general ledger accuracy.
Handle
accounts payable, including
vendor onboarding, vendor invoice processing, timely payments, and reconciliations.
Handle
accounts receivable, including
customer onboarding, timely raising of invoices and bookkeeping of the same.
Maintain and organize
hard copies and digital copies of invoices and
supporting documentation.
Ensure proper record-keeping and systematic filing of accounts for audit and compliance, leveraging
organizational skills
.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and statutory compliances (GST, TDS).
Track payment schedules and follow up to avoid delays.
Coordinate with internal teams for expense and cost management.
Provide support during statutory and internal audits.
Any other accounting or finance-related responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Educational Qualification:
CA Intermediate Qualified /or cleared Group-1, or
CMA Qualified, or
Com/BBA/MBA(Finance/Accounting), or
Additional Advantage
Experience in using
Zoho Books and
Tally ERP
.
Certifications in
GST, TDS, or related compliance areas
.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools.
Personal Attributes
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good English communication skills to
interact with vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills
: Ability to maintain systematic records, prioritize multiple tasks, track payments, and meet deadlines effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset and process-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
