Job Title Staff Accountant, SOX Audit

Job Purpose

  • Directly work with process/control owners on the validation of SOX controls and execute underlying requirements to support final SOX certifications.
  • Responsible for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) control testing and documentation, timely communication of potential control weakness
  • Responsible for validation of remediated deficiencies with adequate testing
