The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years\' experience and possess general knowledge of accounting principles for accurate order entry and proper revenue recognition. Position Responsibilities include but not limited to: Worldwide sales order bookings Review of purchase orders for revenue recognition Work with customers/sales reps to correct issues/questions on sales order bookings Licensing of sales orders Invoicing of orders adding applicable sales tax and sending them to customers Working on AR Management Posting Cash Receipts and Journal entries for WHT Review and Approval of Sales Invoices Professional services billing and revenue recognition Collaborate with multiple teams and functions within Commvault. Preparation and Reconciliation of GL accounts on monthly basis Credit review of customers Desired qualifications: Master\'s degree in Accounting/Finance, CA/ICWA/CS Inter, MBA Good communication skills both written and oral Attention to detail and accurate work Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Salesforce.com knowledge NetSuite knowledge Flexibility with work schedule on month and quarter end deadlines
