Job Title: Staff Accountant

Job Type: Full-time (Night Shift Only)

Work Schedule:

Night Shift Only - Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Job Summary:

The Staff Accountant will handle invoicing, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions during night shifts. The ideal candidate should have a background in accounting principles, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to work independently while aligning with U.S.-based business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and manage customer invoices and accounts receivable transactions.

2. Maintain accurate records of payments, receipts, and outstanding balances.

3. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and account reconciliations.

4. Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.

5. Address billing issues and communicate with clients or internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

6. Organize and maintain accounting files and documentation.

7. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.

8. Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned during the night shift.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. 0-3 years of experience in accounting, invoicing, or accounts receivable.

3. Knowledge of GAAP and standard accounting practices.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

7. Knowledge in US GAAP.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per year
