Skills Knowledge

? Strong command over

STAAD.Pro software

(latest versions).

? Knowledge of

structural analysis and design principles

.

? Ability to model, analyze, and design:

Steel structures (buildings, trusses, towers, industrial sheds, etc.) RCC structures (buildings, bridges, foundations, etc.) Composite and special structures.
? Proficiency in

loading standards

(dead, live, wind, seismic, snow, temperature).

? Familiarity with

international design codes

(IS, AISC, ACI, BS, Eurocode, etc.).

? Hands-on experience in

RC design, steel design, foundation design, RAM and dynamic analysis

.

? Knowledge of

connections with other BIM tools

(Revit, Tekla, AutoCAD, etc.).

Communication skills:

? Ability to explain concepts clearly to beginners and advanced learners.

? Good presentation and communication skills (English and/or local language).

? Experience in preparing

training modules, course materials, and case studies

.

? Skill in demonstrating

real-world project workflows

using STAAD.Pro.

? Ability to solve participants' queries live and guide them step-by-step.
