Roles & Responsibilities:

Teach Social Studies subjects (History, Geography, Civics, Economics) as per the prescribed curriculum. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans. Use interactive teaching methods, activities, maps, charts, and digital tools to enhance learning. Assess and evaluate students' performance through tests, assignments, projects, and examinations. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress. Encourage critical thinking, civic awareness, and global understanding among students. Manage classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment. Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school events. Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic progress and behavior. Support school policies, rules, and academic standards. Prepare students for internal and external examinations.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies / History / Geography / Civics or related subject. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory/preferred as per school norms). Teaching experience in a recognized school is preferred. Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent classroom management skills. Ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively. Student-friendly and disciplined approach. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in using teaching aids and educational technology.

Working Hours:

As per school schedule and academic calendar.

Salary & Benefits:

As per school norms and experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
