Designing and implementing data collection and management processes such as surveys, focus groups, customer satisfaction surveys, and exit interviews
Developing new reports using existing data sources and models or creating entirely new data models from scratch
Writing SQL code to query databases to retrieve data for analysis
Designing new reports from scratch or modifying existing templates to meet clients' needs
Creating custom reports that display specific data in a format requested by clients
Participating in meetings with clients to define business goals and objectives of reports
