Job Title: SSE Business Analyst
Location: Bhopal
Experience Required: 3+ Years
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a strong technical background to work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to MERN / Full-Stack technologies, strong analytical capability, and experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and pain points

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows

• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation

• Perform requirement analysis, impact assessment, and solution validation

• Support product roadmaps, feature enhancements, and release planning

• Bridge the gap between technical and business teams

• Participate in UAT, documentation, demos, and client discussions

• Contribute to process improvement and system optimization initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical BA
Strong technical background (must have worked closely with engineering teams)
Exposure to MERN stack / Full-Stack applications or software development lifecycle
Ability to understand APIs, databases, application workflows, and system behaviour
Strong skills in BRD/FRD, wireframes, user stories, and functional documentation
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Education

• B.Tech / BE - Mandatory

• MBA - Preferred (Plus)
