We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Aptitude Faculty

to train students preparing for

Banking (IBPS, SBI, RBI), SSC, and other competitive exams

. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge in

Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation

, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Teach

Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation

topics effectively. Design and deliver

engaging classroom sessions and practice tests

. Prepare

study materials, question banks, and mock tests

aligned with the latest exam patterns. Conduct

doubt-clearing sessions and mentorship programs

to improve student performance. Track student progress and provide

individual guidance and feedback

. Stay updated with

latest exam patterns, question trends, and syllabus changes

.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Graduate/Postgraduate degree. Prior experience in teaching

Aptitude & Reasoning for Bank/SSC exams

preferred. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in

English and Tamil

. Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
