Description: Job Title : Sr. Team Lead / Team Lead Exp : 10+ Years Qualification : BE or Any Graduate (MBA Preferred) Function : Direct Procurement (GBS) Location : Pune Job responsibilities: Establish Good network among stakeholders internal/external. . Manage end-to-end Post PO Management of RM-PM - Share dashboards, reports, and analytical insights from data - Periodically (daily / weekly / monthly) publish MIS reports to procurement leadership - Support category managers on On-time delivery of RM-PM - Ensure Team engagement and development - Establish Process Improvement culture with Automation o Extract or obtain and rationalize the data (from ivalua, SAP, business warehouse) o Conduct analytics and deliver required outcome - Working closely with the IT team to implement new reports in Qliksense / BI tools - Manage Stakeholders internal/external including buyer, supplier, planning, store, finance teams - Carry out frequent meetings with stakeholders to publish MIS and improvements Demonstrate leadership by handling team in good manner Technical Skills Requirement: MS Excel, Power point, SAP, Preferred - Ivalua, Service-Now, Power BI, Qlick Sense
