Job Description

Experience: 4 to 8 years as carpenter supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision and Team Management:

Leading, training, and mentoring carpenters, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance.

Project Management:

Establishing work schedules, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.

Safety Compliance:

Enforcing safety regulations, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring a safe working environment for the team.

Quality Control:

Inspecting work, ensuring it meets specifications and quality standards.

Material Management:

Requisitioning materials, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Problem Solving:

Addressing and resolving any work-related issues or conflicts that arise.

Documentation:

Preparing reports on work progress, schedules, budgets, and employee performance.

Communication:

Liaising with other trades, clients, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.
