Site Supervisor

to join our team.

The Senior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities for interior fit-out projects, particularly in commercial spaces such as offices, retail, hospitality, and corporate interiors.

This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

Manage daily on-site operations, including manpower, materials, tools, and subcontractors.

2. Project Coordination

Co-ordination with project managers, consultants, architects, clients, and vendors for smooth execution. Review technical drawings and proactively resolve discrepancies or site-related challenges. Coordinate MEP and civil works to ensure seamless integration with interior finishes.

3. Quality Assurance & Safety

Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets design and quality benchmarks. Enforce health and safety regulations as per statutory and company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of inspections, snag lists, and compliance reports.

4. Time & Cost Management

Track progress against project timelines and flag deviations with corrective action plans. Control wastage and manage costs effectively Ensure all interior fit-out activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Oversee the sequence of works and coordinate with all stakeholders to prevent delays or rework.

Requirements:

Hsc, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience (7+ years) as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role in the architecture or construction industry. Having knowledge of construction processes, building materials, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.

Work Conditions :

Full-time, site-based position. Requires flexibility in working hours based on project deadlines and client schedules. Projects may span across various commercial sectors such as office spaces, showrooms, retail stores, and hospitality interiors.
