Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr.Site Execution Engineer with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in construction industry like building construction, Structure, Powerhouse, Commercial and residential Construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for site management, labour management, site supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising day - day civil work at site as instructed and ensure alignment with project drawings Quality Standards, safety protocols
Guide Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Teams, Subcontractor and Vendors.
Ensure contractor maintains proper labor force from time to time to complete specified departmental work and communicate the same
Handle Site Issues, Variations and client queries quickly.
Supervision of all construction activities, drawings and specifications.
Maintain daily and weekly report as formatted
Follow up with the contractor for Execution work specification/ Drawings or as per engineer's instruction
Evaluate contractor work progress and prepare progress reports for management.
Detailed study of specification and drawing
Site Management activities also required
Detailed study of project specification/ drawings
Prepare BBS as per drawing
Handling all types of site execution work
Prepare and maintain project reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in execution, Industrial, building, structure, powerhouse.
Capable of handling site execution work with BBS
Strong understanding of monitoring and executing civil works
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
