Job Title: Senior Engineer - Farmhouse Projects

Location: Kudje,Pune

Experience Required: 7-12 years

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Engineer to oversee the design

coordination, construction, and execution of high-end farmhouse located in Kudje. The ideal

candidate will have prior execution experience with architectural or interior design firms,

demonstrating a strong understanding of design intent, technical drawings, site execution, and

quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

? Project Planning & Coordination:

o Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and consultants to understand design

requirements and ensure accurate execution on site.

o Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.

o Coordinate with MEP, structural, and landscape teams for integrated design

solutions.

? Site Supervision & Execution:

o Oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed as per

drawings, quality standards, and timelines.

o Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or design issues promptly.

o Supervise contractors, vendors, and labor teams, ensuring compliance with safety

and quality norms.

? Design & Technical Review:

o Interpret and review architectural and interior drawings for technical accuracy.

o Suggest practical solutions for design detailing, materials, and construction

techniques.

? Material & Vendor Management:

o Assist in material selection, procurement, and approval as per design specifications.

o Evaluate vendor work, quotations, and ensure timely delivery and installation.

? Reporting &Documentation:

o Prepare progress reports, snag lists, and project handover documentation.

o Maintain records of site measurements, material usage, and cost tracking.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).

? 7+ years of experience in project execution, with at least 3-5 years in high-end

residential/farmhouse/interior projects.

? Proven experience working with architectural or interior design firms.

? Strong understanding of architectural detailing, finishes, and interior fit-out work.

? Excellent knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management tools.

? Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

? Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, Excel, and related software.
