You will be responsible for managing
on-page and off-page SEO
, optimizing website performance, handling
WordPress updates
, and executing
organic and social media marketing strategies
to enhance visibility, ranking, and lead generation across all major search and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO & SEM Management
Plan and manage all
SEO activities
including on-page/off-page optimization, link building, and keyword strategy to boost search rankings.
Conduct detailed
keyword research
, competition analysis, and identify content optimization opportunities.
Implement and monitor
organic lead generation campaigns
to improve traffic and conversions.
Track, report, and analyze
website analytics and performance metrics (GA4, GSC, etc.)
.
Review and resolve
technical SEO issues
, site speed, and crawlability problems.
Develop and implement a
comprehensive link-building strategy
.
Manage
SEM campaigns
on Google, Bing, and other networks to maximize organic reach.
WordPress Management
Manage and update content on
WordPress website
, ensuring SEO-friendly structure and plugins.
Optimize
page speed, internal linking, and meta elements
across all web pages.
Coordinate with developers/designers for layout, content placement, and UX improvements.
Social Media & Branding
Handle and grow official
social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile)
.
Plan monthly
content calendars
aligned with campaigns and SEO goals.
Coordinate with the design team to create posts, videos, and reels that enhance institute branding.
Monitor performance analytics for social channels and optimize engagement.
What We'd Love to See:
Proven experience managing
SEO and WordPress websites
(preferably for educational or service-based businesses).
Deep understanding of
technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
strategies.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn SEO data into actionable insights.
Familiarity with
structured data, schema implementation, and Core Web Vitals.
Awareness of
latest SEO trends, algorithms, and digital marketing techniques.
Experience coordinating with
content and design teams
for creative campaigns.
Knowledge of
social media marketing, YouTube SEO, and organic reach optimization.
Preferred Skills & Tools:
WordPress CMS, Yoast SEO / RankMath
Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SurferSEO
Canva / Adobe tools for basic creative adjustments
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics
Qualifications & Experience:
3-6 years of professional experience in SEO and WordPress-based websites
Hands-on experience managing
education or service industry websites

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, IT, or related field
