We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team in the Chemicals industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of products, developing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow a portfolio of chemical products within the assigned region. Drive B2B sales and business development activities for assigned product lines. Identify and onboard new customers while exploring new product applications and market segments. Conduct regular client visits to assess business needs and present tailored solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, and customer support) to ensure successful execution of sales strategies. Monitor market trends and customer insights to forecast demand and guide strategic planning. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients. Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM tools regularly.

Education

:

UG: Any Graduate / B.Sc / BBA / BMS / B.Tech or B.E. in Chemical Engineering PG: M.Sc in Chemistry / Bio-Chemistry / Chemical Engineering & Materials Science, or MBA/PGDM in Marketing (Preferred)
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the chemicals or related industries. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market development. Multilingual candidates with proficiency in English, Gujarati, Marwadi, Telugu, Tamil,or Kutchi will be given preference.
