Role Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to support our sales team in driving revenue growth through effective client engagement, project promotion, and strategic lead conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to overall sales strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Convert qualified leads and prospects into customers by presenting suitable projects from both corporate and non-corporate clients.

2. Utilize leads generated by the marketing team and proactively generate self-leads through local and international outreach initiatives (e.g., database sourcing, events in corporates, clubs, banks, etc.).

3. Conduct site visits with prospective clients, address queries effectively, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate information is provided.

4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity and respond with relevant strategies and actions.

5. Maintain extensive knowledge of competitor projects, pricing, and marketing strategies.

6. Plan and execute corporate sales promotion initiatives to generate high-value leads.

7. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and agencies to boost brand visibility and sales.

8. Uphold the highest standards of personal presentation and professionalism when interacting with clients.

9. Ensure timely and effective communication with all customer inquiries and leads.

10. Welcome and engage prospective clients during visits or events, ensuring a positive experience.

11. Host and entertain high-potential clients as required to build rapport and trust.

12. Collaborate with the sales team daily to ensure consistent follow-ups and lead management.

13. Accurately collect and document all customer details as required in the booking process.

14. Assist clients during the sales registration process to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualification & Experience

:

MBA/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 6-7 years of relevant sales experience in real estate.

Preferred industry:



Real Estate Skills: Good communication skills with English language fluency & having a pleasing personality; Preparation of Presentation, Mailers; Knowledge on digital marketing platforms; Possess complete knowledge of all projects, features, and services offered.

Age:



Above 35 yrs.

CTC:



3.6 L - 4.5 L per annum depending on the experience Attractive incentives Person with 4 wheeler driving license and experience in driving preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
