Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and direct outreach.
Deliver compelling technical product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and manage commercial negotiations.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, including C-level executives and directors of Quality, Manufacturing, and IT.
Act as a technical advisor, aligning solutions with client regulatory and operational requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Proven experience in software sales or pre-sales within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector, with a track record of meeting quotas.
Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11 and EU Annex 11.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, quality systems, and computer system validation (CSV).
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Willingness to travel 40-50%.
