Identify and develop new business opportunities in the
industrial sales
(HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or construction-related products).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations as required.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals efficiently.
Collaborate with the internal team (engineering, logistics, admin) to ensure smooth execution of orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in CRM or reporting systems.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
Required Skills:
Minimum
3 years of proven experience
in
industrial sales
(preferably in HVAC, electrical, construction materials, or related fields).
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and industrial buyer behavior.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
Tamil and English
(Hindi is a plus).
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, email communication, and MS Office.
Valid two-wheeler license and willingness to travel locally for client visits.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
