Position:Sr. Recruiter Location:Ahmedabad Experience: 2 - 5 Years Industries:Packaging Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct resume screenings, interviews, and candidate selection.
Collaborate with department heads on staffing needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and orientation for new hires.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Address employee queries, grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
Maintain HR records, ensure compliance, and prepare HR reports.
Support HR projects, training programs, and administrative tasks.
