Job Title: Senior Product Manager Platform & Integrations | Foodtech / Restauranttech Client hiring
Location: Remote | Must be available to work until 5 PM ET (US hours) Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly technical Senior Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Platform & Integrations ecosystem. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of integrations, including Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, third-party ordering platforms, loyalty systems, and payment solutions. You'll lead a team of product managers and partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions that serve as the foundation of our product offerings. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Leadership
Define and drive a clear, multi-year product vision and strategy for platform and integrations, aligned with broader company goals.
Mentor and grow at least one direct report, nurturing a culture of excellence and innovation.
Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitor research to identify new integration opportunities and unmet needs.
Own and maintain the product roadmap, balancing infrastructure improvements, new integration development, and long-term strategic initiatives.
Communicate product strategy and key insights effectively to executive leadership and stakeholders. Technical Execution & Integrations
Translate complex API specifications and technical documentation into user stories, product requirements, and scalable solutions.
Oversee the full product development lifecycle for integrations - from discovery and technical design to implementation, launch, and optimization.
Partner with engineering to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable platform services and integrations.
Identify and proactively resolve technical risks, dependencies, and performance issues across internal and external systems.
Manage relationships with third-party integration partners to ensure seamless interoperability. Data-Driven Optimization & Communication
Define and monitor KPIs for platform performance, integration success, and overall product impact.
Use data and insights to drive prioritization, decision-making, and continuous product improvement.
Serve as the internal subject matter expert and advocate for the platform and integrations domain.
Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
8+ years of product management experience, with a significant focus on technical or platform products.
Strong preference for candidates with experience in restaurant SaaS or similar industries.
Proven success launching and managing complex technical products such as APIs, platforms, or large-scale integrations.
Demonstrated ability and commitment to leveraging AI tools to perform job duties - this is a mandatory requirement.
Experience managing and mentoring other product managers.
Deep technical understanding of APIs, system integration patterns, and platform architecture.
Experience working in agile product development environments.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
High business and financial acumen.
Strong executive presence and presentation abilities.
Must be available to work US business hours until at least 5 PM ET.
Must have a suitable remote work setup and personal system/equipment.
