Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for EV components, spares, and consumables.
Manage contracts, purchase orders, and supplier compliance.
Forecast demand and coordinate with operations for timely availability of materials.
Ensure cost optimization without compromising on quality and timelines.
Maintain supplier relationships and identify new sourcing opportunities.
Oversee inventory, logistics coordination, and vendor performance.
Prepare procurement reports and support management with insights.
Requirements
Graduate in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
Strong experience in procurement, sourcing, and vendor management.
Knowledge of EV, automotive, or fleet management industry preferred.
Proficiency in negotiation, contract management, and ERP tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
