Profile: Sr. Executive Packaging & Quality Assurance

Industry: FMCG preferred

Experience: 4-5 years relevant work experience

Qualification: PG in Packaging from IIP/SIES

Working Days: 6 days working

Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Responsibilities:

To develop primary, secondary and tertiary Packaging. Hand hold Marketing team for correct packaging development and commercialization

Work with Purchase, supply chain to run end to end packaging operations to launch products on time

Release and maintain PM BOM, Specifications/Key line drawings. Evaluate alternate materials/format/design for savings and sustainable packaging

Initiate cost savings projects in various packaging domains. Co-ordinate for all Packaging related trials for NPD, Value engineering, Quality improvement, etc.

Ensure all tests and validations done by QC are as per approved SOPs/ STPs. Guide factory team for process related improvement with respect to packaging

Support factory team for closing all customer complaints pertains to packaging.

Work on projects related to PCR (Post Consumer Recycle) regulations, EPR & implementation.

Ensuring production quality in line with pre-approved standards

Should have experience in working closely with Brand Teams and production teams.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have experience in consistently excelling in Sales, Infra and Distribution-related Metrics.

Work experience in FMCG especially in Home & Personal Care Category

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
