Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensuring all the employees are hired through a standard and foolproof recruitment model with built in check points at multiple levels
• Must have expierence in Field sales hiring.(Pharmaceuticals)
• To hire the identified positions such as expansions and vacancies within a specified Turn Around Time (TAT). Continue the effort of employer branding by optimizing the recruitment experience which results in attracting highly qualified candidates suitable for our organization on merit
• Coordinating within the team and the employees to ensure seamless onboarding of the new employees.
• Ensure role details are prepared for all the new positions and are updated regularly
• 
  Work with business stakeholders in Commercial organization for Critical Role identification and succession planning for these roles
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have knowledge of Field sales hiring in pharmaceutical industry.
• 
  Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).

• 
  Proficient in Using different job portals and social media platforms.
