We are looking for a

Senior Motion Graphic Designer

to lead the creation of visually compelling motion content that brings our brand and storytelling to life. The ideal candidate is both

creative and strategic

, capable of translating complex ideas into engaging animations, videos, and visual effects that resonate with diverse audiences across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and animate high-quality motion graphics for video content, social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and presentations. Lead motion design projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with brand identity and campaign objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, video production, copywriting, and product design) to create cohesive visual experiences. Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing feedback and creative direction. Create storyboards, style frames, and visual treatments for video concepts. Integrate sound design, typography, and visual effects to enhance storytelling. Stay current with motion design trends, animation tools, and emerging technologies. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling. Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other motion design tools. Strong understanding of composition, timing, typography, and visual hierarchy. Experience with 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus. Proven ability to take creative concepts from idea to execution. Exceptional attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics and storytelling. Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in brand storytelling or marketing campaigns. Familiarity with sound design, video editing, and compositing workflows. Knowledge of UI motion design and web animation principles. Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
