Job Title: Sr.MEP BIM Engineer

Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. MEP BIM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) BIM projects, ensuring precision and efficiency in design and execution.

Key Responsibilities

BIM Model Management

: Develop, manage, and maintain MEP BIM models for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Coordination and Collaboration

: Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve MEP design and coordination issues and ensure integrated project delivery.

Quality Assurance

: Conduct regular quality checks on MEP BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Project Documentation

: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including MEP drawings, specifications, and reports.

Technical Support

: Provide technical support and guidance to junior BIM staff and project teams on MEP BIM applications and processes.

Software Proficiency

: Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS-Office, MATLAB, ArchiCAD, SketchUp
Key Requirements

Experience

: 3-5 years of experience in MEP BIM engineering within the real estate or construction industry.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale construction projects Familiarity with international MEP standards and codes
