Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Marketing Manager
to lead our sales and promotional activities for open plot ventures around Vijayawada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing, team management, and closing high-value sales deals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to promote MSR Developers' ventures across all locations.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales & marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, agents, and local networks.
Plan and organize customer site visits, real estate expos, and promotional campaigns.
Track sales performance, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and suggest improvements for lead conversion.
Required Qualifications
Relevant Experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (preferably in open plot ventures).
Strong leadership and communication skills in Telugu.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage marketing budgets.
Hands-on experience in local advertising, and field sales.
Must be familiar with the Vijayawada and surrounding real estate markets.
Preferred Skills
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
