You will be the primary Finance business partner to the India GM and the leadership team. Also as we potentially build a team in India to provide reporting and analysis to our global GTM Finance teams, you will manage this team. You are a key business partner to the leadership team in India Create analysis and presentations for strategic initiatives across the organization including business cases for additional investments and annual & long-range strategic planning This role will require you to build the foundations of FP&A in India in partnership with the APAC FP&A lead and leadership in India and APAC Roll-up your sleeves on some data crunching activities, cross-functional initiatives and assist in other ad-hoc analysis and presentation requests Analyze financial and sales operational data and metrics to make strategic recommendations to help the business in India grow and be successful Be the financial and thought partner to India in helping manage their overall budgeting and planning, breaking down financial results into meaningful insights. Advise senior leadership on overall capital allocation within India GTM In the future, potentially lead a centralized team in India to support global FP&A/GTM teams Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 10+ years experience in consulting, FP&A, equity research, or investment banking is preferred although we will consider candidates with experience analysing both financial and operational metrics Work ethic and the willingness, composure and flexibility to deliver on multiple conflicting priorities especially during busy periods including but not limited to month-end, quarter-end, annual planning and long range planning processes Ability to work across cultures and communicate between stakeholders in APAC, AMS, and EMEA Be a self-starter: make connections with leadership, uncover and understand the needs of stakeholders, ask the right questions, navigate roadblocks and create your own analysis and recommendations Synthe complex data and clearly articulate insight to an executive audience Understanding of fundamental finance and accounting acumen and industry trends including data modeling, data analytics, forecasting, interpreting financial statements, and reporting Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
