Job Description

Role Purpose



To build and scale the fashion brand's presence

from the ground up

across

D2C, online marketplaces, and modern trade

, owning brand identity, GTM execution, and channel profitability. This role is ideal for a builder who can translate brand vision into measurable commercial success.

Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & GTM Ownership



Build the brand's

online and retail identity

from scratch across digital and physical channels Develop and execute

GTM strategies

for new collections, launches, and seasonal drops Define channel-wise positioning, pricing architecture, and promotional strategy

E-Commerce & D2C Growth



Launch and scale

D2C website and marketplaces

(Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.) Own online merchandising, catalog quality, content, and conversion optimization Work with performance marketing teams to drive traffic, conversion, and retention

Modern Trade & Retail Partnerships



Identify, onboard, and manage

modern trade partners, large format stores, and fashion retailers

Lead commercial negotiations, trade terms, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) Drive in-store visibility, sell-through, and brand presentation

Commercial & P&L Management



Own key business KPIs:

revenue, margins, CAC, AOV, sell-through, ROI

Plan and manage channel-level budgets, discounts, and promotional spends Balance growth with profitability across channels

Operations, Merchandising & Supply Alignment



Coordinate with design, merchandising, and supply chain teams for assortment planning Ensure inventory availability, smooth launches, and on-time fulfillment Align demand planning with sales forecasts and GTM calendars

Analytics & Market Intelligence



Track consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity Use data insights to refine brand strategy, channel mix, and expansion plans

Ideal Candidate Profile



8-12 years of experience in

fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands

Strong exposure to

E-commerce, D2C, and/or modern trade

Proven experience in

building brands or channels from zero to scale

Commercial mindset with hands-on P&L, pricing, and negotiation exposure Entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and comfortable in fast-growth environments
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
