Education

Experience
: Min 6+ years of experience in bid management and pre-sales for IT Hardware Products with OEMs/System Integrator / Dealers of repute.
Skills & Competencies
Techno Commercial Expertise in IT Hardware , hardware/software integration, and infrastructure solutioning
Proficiency with e- procurement portals of Central/State Governments, Public Sector Companies -example GeM
In-depth knowledge of the bid lifecycle, proposal development, and tendering platforms
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.
Strong individual contributor mindset with a willingness to be hands-on..
Strong negotiation and pricing skills.
Excellent project coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Exceptional communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
APMP certification (Foundation or higher) is a plus.
