Role Overview
The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to build brand visibility, generate business leads, support sales teams, and drive overall market growth for the company in Gujarat and PAN India. The role involves strategic planning, digital marketing, brand management, events, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend studies.
Define brand positioning and marketing communication strategy.
2. Lead Generation & Business Support
Drive lead generation campaigns to support the sales team.
Create targeted marketing activities for new customer acquisition.
Coordinate with the sales team for campaign tracking and ROI analysis.
3. Digital Marketing
Oversee digital channels: website, SEO, social media, email marketing.
Plan paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Monitor analytics and performance to optimize campaigns.
4. Branding & Communication
Build and maintain strong brand identity.
Supervise brochures, catalogues, product videos, presentations, and corporate communication.
Ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
