Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Implementation Executives

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the implementation and optimization of our software solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients in the healthcare and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical support during the deployment phase, addressing any issues that arise. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality aligns with client expectations. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides. Train end-users on the software functionalities and best practices. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3.5 to 6 years of experience in software implementation or a similar role. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Experience with database management systems (e.g.SQL & MYSQL). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of report design tool like jasper ,crystal etc
