About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and brand-aligned Graphic Designer to join our Digital & E- commerce Marketing team at Sri Sri Tattva. The ideal candidate is a fast executor with a keen eye for design, aesthetic intuition, and a deep understanding of consumer-centric visual storytelling. This is not a UI/UX role, but one that requires a strong creative orientation across digital and print touchpoints, to elevate our brand presence and drive conversion.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop digital-first creatives for ads, social media, banners, A+ content, and campaign landing pages2. Design engaging content for WhatsApp, emailers, influencer kits, product mock-ups, and mobile-first experiences3. Adapt creatives quickly across festive themes, regional formats, and marketing channels4. Create print-ready collaterals - brochures, posters, table tents, shelf talkers, standees, packaging artwork, etc.5. Support product launches and sales promotions with high-impact creatives (including offers, coupons, bundles, etc.)6. Design brand-consistent assets for online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and in-house platforms.7. Collaborate with content, performance marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely and aligned outputs8. Basic support for reels, video thumbnails, GIFs, and motion graphics9. Manage multiple design tasks, versions, and revisions with agility and efficiencyRequirements- 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a graphic designer in FMCG, wellness, D2C, or digital marketing environments- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)- Ability to work in Canva, Figma, or AI-assisted design tools for speed and responsiveness- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout design, visual balance, and minimalism- Experience in adapting brand designs across languages, regional sensibilities, and cultural cues- Familiarity with digital platforms, e-commerce layouts, and social-first creatives- Basic video editing or motion graphics (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a bonus.- Good interpersonal and communication skills to work across departmentsPreferred Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related creative discipline- A portfolio that showcases brand storytelling, campaign variety, digital assets, and print adaptationsWhat We're Looking ForA creative mind with a commercial sense - someone who understands wellness aesthetics, modern FMCG marketing, and the discipline of daily design output.
