Job description:Role & responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.- Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client requirements and provide product/service solutions.- Achieve sales targets through direct sales, lead conversion, and customer engagement.- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments- Maintaining every day lead activities and site visits in ERPPreferred candidate profile:- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Ability to travel extensively and meet clients on-site.- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, or related products is a plus.- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, Any Degree or PG also preferred (ref:updazz.com) '
