Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates.
Conduct initial interviews and assist in the final selection process.
2. Onboarding and Induction
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Organize orientation and induction programs for new employees.
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation completion.
3. Employee Relations
Maintain positive employee relations and handle grievances professionally.
Support employees with HR-related queries and concerns.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building programs.
4. HR Administration
Maintain employee records and update HR databases regularly.
Track attendance, leaves, and prepare monthly reports.
Assist in payroll processing by coordinating with the accounts team.
5. Policy Implementation
Implement HR policies, rules, and regulations across departments.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and communicate HR policies as needed.
6. Training and Development
Identify training needs and arrange skill development programs.
Coordinate with trainers and ensure participation.
7. Performance Management
Support appraisal processes and maintain performance data.
Help managers in evaluating employee performance and giving feedback.
