JOB TITLE Sr. HR Executive
LOCATION: Kochi
SALARY SCALE: 20000-25000
QUALIFICATION : Any Graduate, Preferably MBA HR
EXPERIENCE 2-5 YRS in General HR functions

Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruitment plans by efficient tracking and execution. Identify & suggest training programs for the employees.Promote and suggest HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Maintain HR process compliance and keep track of employee leaves and other entitlements. Conduct activities and informal activities to engage employees, improve their bonding with their team/managers, reduce grievances and improve the overall productivity of the company.
