1. Collaborate with management to understand training and placement goals, aligning HR initiatives withbusiness needs.
2. Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of students and industry requirements. o Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, making adjustments as necessary to improve outcomes.
3. Work with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting IT and Non-IT companies for internship programs and campus placements.
4. Build relationships with industry partners to facilitate job placements for graduates.
5. Analyze placement data and training outcomes to drive improvements and report on key metrics. o Prepare reports for management on HR initiatives, placement success rates, and training programeffectiveness.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
